After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University Danny immediately jumped into the world of real estate. Mentored by some of Oakville’s top realtors, he quickly found his path in the industry. He was noted by Real Estate Professional Magazine as one of Canada’s top 100 agents under the age of 35, and recently a Presidents Award winner with Royal Lepage. With an inner passion for real estate, Avinash took on real estate development projects in his past time while working for Canada’s largest Mutual Fund Company – RBC Global Asset Management. From there, he founded Lift Capital in 2015 – a Private Mortgage Investment firm which invests directly into residential and commercial properties within the GTA. With Roots in Oakville, he has gained extenstive knowledge of the town and surrounding areas (Burlington & Hamilton).
